Pontis’ team is comprised of asset, portfolio and property managers with investment expertise combined with local market knowledge. Asset managers work in partnership with on-site property managers to review relevant market data, maximize net operating income, and maintain the business plan for each property.
Each property is staffed by real estate professionals focused on providing best-in-class service to our residents.
Each on-site property manager prepares an operating budget and monthly leasing report, as well as a summary of weekly and monthly activity which is delivered and reviewed by the property management and accounting teams on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

The marketing department works in conjunction with the property management team to develop a cohesive marketing plan for each property that includes website and logo design, branding/re-branding, graphic design, collateral, ad analysis, SEO management, quality control, and implementation of digital marketing practices.
