MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF THE YEAR

At the 2024 New Jersey Apartment Association Garden State Awards, Pontis Property Management was named Management Company of the Year (Under 5,000 units) and received the Excellence in Property Management award, along with the Award of Excellence in the following categories: Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technician, Corporate & Property Office Staff, and Corporate/Property Website. Pontis was also a finalist in the categories of Leasing Professional and Curb Appeal.

 

In 2025, Harbor Pointe took home three awards including Excellence in Property Management, Property Manager, and Leasing Professional.
